Mary is a tiny sea star with a funny little seashell hat, discovered by Lucy, Pretty, and Buddy during one of their secret adventures that began with their WishCatching game.
She was born in the depths of the ocean, in a hidden corner where the sky reflects upon the waves. She’s the protagonist of a wonderful adventure called “the upside-down sky”.
Since she was little, Mary has looked up at the stars with wonder, always believing she wasn’t “enough” because she was different.
She didn’t know that her true sky was below her all along among corals, currents, and hidden wishes.
Mary is sweet, shy, and deeply sensitive.
At first, she doubts herself, comparing her light to the stars above.
But thanks to Lucy, Pretty, and Buddy, she learns that every star shines in their own way.
When she helps a little lost fish find its family, Mary discovers that true light comes from love and the courage to be yourself.
From that moment on, Mary becomes a symbol of gentle strength: she reminds us that in order to shine, we must first know ourselves, accept who we are, and find the sky that’s meant for us… to shine one.
Mary doesn’t live in the Kingdom of Santa Claus, but in her “upside-down sky” a wondrous sea where she sometimes meets her friends from the Kingdom to share joy and new adventures.
Her first meeting with the Kingdom’s beloved characters changed the way she sees herself… and perhaps, a little bit, how we see the world too.
